Our client is a highly regarded real estate agency in the Southern Highlands, recognised for its premium brand, strong local reputation, and supportive team culture. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support a busy sales team and agency leadership.
This is a Monday to Friday role offering excellent career development for someone with real estate administration, sales support, or executive assistant experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the sales process from listing through to settlement, including:
- Preparing agency agreements and managing DocuSign processes
- Coordinating marketing campaigns for new listings
- Liaising with solicitors to obtain contracts of sale
- Managing vendor and buyer AML compliance
- Uploading contracts and property documents to relevant platforms
- Preparing auction packs and exchange documentation
- Maintaining accurate database records and sales reporting
- Supporting agents with appraisals, proposals, and general administration
About You
- Previous experience in real estate sales administration,
sales support, PA, or EA roles
- Current Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
- Professional communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
