The Role

Morgan Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Supervisor (HVAC Construction) to join our growing team.

This role will suit a hands-on construction professional who can manage projects from tender through to completion, ensuring successful delivery across budget, quality, safety, design, compliance, and stakeholder expectations. You will work closely with builders, subcontractors, engineers, suppliers, and our internal team to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate HVAC projects from commencement through to completion.

- Provide hands-on site supervision, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently,



and in accordance with project requirements.

- Monitor the progress of the project - planning, scheduling and performance measures.

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, trades, and internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

- Maintain strong relationships with builders, engineers, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, project specifications, safety requirements, and quality expectations.

- Assist with procurement, material coordination, and resource planning.

- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and opportunities.

- Support project reporting, variations, cost control, and documentation.

About You

- Proven experience as a Project Manager/Supervisor within HVAC mechanical construction.

- Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and codes

- Experience delivering medium-sized commercial HVAC projects.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Good financial awareness and understanding of project cost control/budgets.

- Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with project teams.

- Approachable, skilled, and confident when required
