Backed by a strong reputation and a growing project pipeline, we're looking for an experienced Senior Document Controller to join our Project Services Team in Perth.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, you will primarily be managing document control processes across our engineering design projects. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, traceability, and timely flow of project documentation supporting our clients in the mining and minerals processing sector.
You will be responsible for:
Managing and maintaining document control systems and registers across multiple concurrent projectsAdministering document workflows for design information, vendor data, and shop detailing documentationEnsuring documents are correctly formatted, numbered, revised, and distributed in accordance with project proceduresLiaising with engineering, project,
and vendor teams to track document status and resolve discrepanciesSupporting audits and quality reviews of project documentationMaintaining accurate records in line with company and client document control standards
What you will bring to the role:
5–8 years' experience in a Senior Document Control role, ideally within an engineering design environmentGood working knowledge of QDMS is requiredFamiliarity with other document control systems, SharePoint is highly desirableSolid understanding of document control processes for an engineering company within the minerals processing spaceExperience handling design information, vendor data, and shop detailing documentationExcellent attention to detail, organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong communication skills
