Their team comprises of experienced sales people, qualified chemists and service technicians that assist with:

- Inventory control

- Microbiological sampling of critical areas within Health Care, Hospitality and Food Processing establishments

- Monitoring of product concentrations in customers soak tanks, baths and dosing systems

- Product modifications to cater for the specific needs of major customers

- The supply, installation and maintenance of the appropriate dosing equipment by an experienced Service Technician

- The compiling and introduction of training programmes for customer personnel

- Total Quality Management system based on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015

Tasks:

- Machine operation:



Processing of product in accordance with the production schedule and SOP for product manufacture

Advising the Supervisor when maintenance is required or reporting a fault

- Manufacture and packaging of potential and existing products

- Operate and maintain small batch production equipment; weigh, measure and check raw materials

- Ensure that manufactured batches contain the proper ingredients and quantities

- Maintain records

- Clean production areas to comply with regulatory requirements, valuable manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures

- In-process testing to make sure that batches meet product specifications

- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating the final approval of products the production cycle including re-worked product

- Coordinates production plans with Operations Manager

- Coordinates with all departments

- Assist in R & D duties as required
