Available Roles

(Plumbing qualifications are essential for all positions.)

Project Managers

We are looking for candidates with:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in hydraulic project management
- Strong technical capability in hydraulic systems and design
- Experience coordinating project teams and working with contractors and clients
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulations

Site Manager

Ideal candidates will have

- Qualifications in plumbing, drainage and gas fitting
- Minimum 5 years’ commercial hydraulic experience
- Tier 1 commercial site management experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High-level problem‑solving, negotiation and time‑management abilities




- Experience leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to maintain and coordinate onsite procedures and activities

Plumbers / Drainer

Key responsibilities include

- Installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fittings and fixtures for civil and drainage systems
- Conducting testing and inspections
- Ensuring all work meets required standards and specifications

Excavator & Machine Operators (Must hold Cert III Plumbing qualifications)

You will be responsible for operating machinery such as excavators, loaders, rollers and trucks to support civil and drainage works, including:

- Routine machine checks
- Reporting faults or maintenance issues

Requirements (All Roles) To be considered, applicants must have:

- Extensive experience in commercial civil and drainage work
- Plumbing Licence – Certificate III
- A valid driver’s licence and a white card
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team‑focused attitude
- Ability to interpret construction drawings
- Commitment to HSEQ procedures and safe work practices
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills

Desirable (but not essential):

- Sydney Water accreditation as an installer
