Tasks:

- Prepare payment schedules for payment of consultants and contractors

- Update project cost plans in Excel format

- Prepare Gantt Chart programmes in Microsoft Project

- Updating monthly reports for projects

- Populate DA Matrix template including allocation of responsibility to appropriate parties

- Undertake defect inspections on site and monitor/update defect register

- Compiling Expression-of-Interest/tender documentation for inviting contractors on projects

- Compiling documentation for engagement of consultants on projects, including preparation of recommendation to clients

- Completing variation orders for consultants and contractors

- Assessing Extension-of-Time claims and prepare response

- Attending site inspection for contractor progress claim assessments

- Assessment and completion of monthly progress claims for contractors

- Attending, taking and distributing minutes at Project Control Group (PCG)



meetings and project design meetings

- Assisting in completing Work Health and Safety checklists on site

- Creating and maintaining document register for projects

- Assisting with audits in accordance with our Integrated Management System, including quality, environmental and safety

- Assisting with drawing and document reviews

- Maintaining Request for Information (RFI) registers

- Preparing checklists for Practical Completion of project and achieving Occupation Certificate

- Updating client and internal systems for projects

- Liaison with local Council, Authorities and other stakeholders on status of reviews and approvals

- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills

- General office administration and management
