Role Description
We are looking to onboard Private Wealth Advisers, HNW & Wholesale in NSW, VIC, SA & QLD. The role at Clime Private Wealth is a full-time, in office role based focused on advising high net worth and wholesale clients. Day-to-day, the adviser will provide tailored financial planning and investment advice, develop and implement wealth strategies, and oversee portfolio construction aligned with clients’ objectives, risk profile and time horizon. The role includes conducting detailed client discovery meetings, preparing and presenting Statements of Advice, and coordinating estate, tax, and risk management strategies in collaboration with internal specialists and external professionals.
The adviser will maintain and deepen client relationships, manage ongoing reviews, and respond to market and regulatory developments with proactive advice.
Responsibilities also include contributing to business development, supporting referral networks, and upholding compliance with all relevant legislation, licensee standards and ethical obligations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning skills, including holistic personal and private wealth advice, retirement planning, tax-aware strategy development and superannuation structuring.
- Candidates should possess robust Business Relationship Management capabilities to build, maintain and grow long-term relationships with high net worth and wholesale clients and skilled referral partners.
- Candidates should possess Estate Planning expertise, including succession planning, asset protection, and coordination with legal and accounting professionals.
- Candidates should possess Investments knowledge, including portfolio construction, risk management, product selection across listed and unlisted assets, and alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should ideally hold Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or an equivalent advanced professional designation, with relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, economics, law or a related discipline.
- Additional beneficial qualifications and skills include compliance and regulatory literacy (e.g., ASIC and AFSL requirements), strong analytical and communication skills, experience advising HNW and wholesale clients, and demonstrated ethical judgment and
