We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our committed staff team every morning. The successful candidate will work alongside class teachers to support pupils' learning, social development and well-being across the primary age range.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the class teacher with planning and delivering high-quality learning activities.
- Working with individual pupils or small groups to support specific learning needs.
- Promoting inclusion and helping to create a positive, nurturing classroom environment.
- Supporting pupils with SEND and adapting resources whererequired.
- Contributing to the life of the school through wider activities,tripsand events.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is patient, caring and passionate about working with children.
- Hasstrong communicationskills and works well as part of a team.
- Has experience working in a school or childcare setting (preferred).
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
