VACCA seeks a Team Leader for the Nugel program in Victoria. You will supervise a team of Case Managers to ensure protected and culturally safe practice under the Nugel framework, transferring decisions from DFFH to VACCA. You will lead complex cases with trauma-informed, culturally centred approaches.

You will mentor staff, manage investigations and develop long-term plans for children while maintaining strong partnerships with government and sector partners.
