Commercial Hygiene Solutions is seeking a dedicated Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician to join our team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness for our clients across North, Central and South East Queensland.

✨ About the Role

This hands-on position involves performing specialised deep cleaning and routine maintenance of commercial kitchen environments, including restaurants, resorts, and other hospitality venues throughout our extensive service area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deep cleaning of Grease Extraction System (Ducting, Fans, Gutters).
- Cleaning and degreasing of exhausts, ventilation hoods, and filters.
- Cleaning of external Ducting and Ceiling Exhaust Fan.
- Protected handling and proper use of commercial-grade cleaning products and equipment.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs found during cleaning.

? What We're Looking For

- Experience: Previous experience in commercial cleaning, or a similar physically demanding role is highly regarded.
- Accreditation: Current S11, Working at Heights and Coal Board Medical desirable but not mandatory. These will be provided.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable,



as our clients depend on us. THIS IS A MUST
- Attention to Detail: The ability to notice and address every speck of grease or grime.
- Physical Fitness: The role requires lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and working in warm environments.
- Must Have: A valid Australian Driver's License (essential for regional travel between client sites).
