About the role

This is a part time community role, 4 days a week, and we're flexible on which ones. You'll see older people in their homes across Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs — general foot and nail care, diabetic foot assessments and falls-focused care for Support at Home and private clients.

And here's the part that makes this role different: you'll be our first podiatrist. Yes, there's driving, and yes, being first means helping us shape things as we go. But you won't be starting from nothing — the referrals, the admin and the team are already here. The service just needs its podiatrist.

What makes THC different

We're not a volume clinic. As our first podiatrist, you'll build the service with real support behind you — an established base of aged care clients and referrers, intake and admin handled centrally, and 50+ clinicians across physio, OT, exercise physiology and speech who'll be referring to you from week one.

Mobile doesn't mean alone.



Every week the whole team comes together face to face at our Malvern HQ — case discussions, in-house PD and peer support.

Here's what comes with the role:

- $100,000–$115,000 + super, pro rata (salary is based on experience)

- $1,500 CPD allowance + 2 paid PD days per year

What we're looking for

- Experience in clinic or community podiatry — new to community is fine, we'll support the transition
- Current AHPRA registration
- Confidence across general foot care, diabetic foot assessment and falls prevention
- Someone who wants to grow with us, not just clock on and off
- Current driver's licence and your own vehicle
- A genuine passion for working with older people
