About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a pro-active, detail‑focused and highly organised Compliance Officer to join Strata Plus. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our portfolio of buildings meet all legislative and regulatory requirements, taking ownership of compliance processes and working closely with strata managers and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

The role is responsible for:

Managing end-to-end compliance across a portfolio of buildings, including:

- Fire compliance and Annual Fire Safety Statements
- Lift and plant item registrations
- Pool, cooling tower, backflow, playgrounds and height safety compliance

Tasks include:
- Maintaining compliance registers and ensuring all required documentation is current and accurate
- Coordinating and renewing all plant item registrations (lifts,



escalators, moving platforms)
- Team collaboration including active participation in monthly meetings with Compliance Team Leader and Team
- Liaising with contractors, councils, SafeWork, strata committees, broker and building stakeholders to ensure smooth compliance processes
- Assisting with arranging compliance certifications in line with legislation
- Managing compliance-related documentation and electronic filing
- Responding promptly to client, contractor, and stakeholder enquiries

What you will need to be successful:

- Previous experience in compliance, building management, or strata/property services (preferred)
- Solid understanding of NSW compliance requirements
- Class 2 strata licence (or a willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong administrative and document management capability
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and a commitment to quality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy
- Permanent residency in Australia
