Customer Service Representative – Full Time (Newstead Office)

Outbound Customer Service | Automotive Industry | Call Centre Experience Required

Engage Direct is growing fast, and we’re looking for experienced call centre professionals to join our customer service team in Newstead.

You'll be contacting existing customers on behalf of major automotive brands, helping them book vehicles that are overdue for servicing and updating their information. No cold selling — just clear conversations, friendly follow-ups, and great service.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Outbound customer service calls to existing customers
- Booking overdue vehicle services
- Updating customer details and service history
- Following call scripts and meeting daily call KPIs
- Providing a professional, friendly experience on every call
