Cyara Automation Tester to support the testing and validation of enterprise Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using

Cyara Velocity, Pulse, and Cruncher to automate customer journey testing across voice, IVR, digital, and omnichannel customer service environments.

- The role will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer experiences across contact center technologies and integrations.

- Interact with Implementation / Support teams

- Provide test strategy, test plan, test cases, and execute tests

- Activities compatible with the skill set of a test lead under the direction of the project manager.
