- $131,911 - $142,056 salary package - includes base salary ($116,219 - $125,157), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role
As a Continuous Improvement Specialist with TAFE NSW, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the Student and Campus Services Branch. You will develop and implement continuous improvement frameworks, systems and process enhancements that strengthen operational capability, improve service delivery, and support the ongoing transformation of services through innovative and sustainable solutions.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with operational leaders, service delivery teams and subject matter experts to identify improvement opportunities, solve complex business challenges and deliver meaningful change. Through strong stakeholder engagement,
process improvement expertise and a commitment to best practice, you will help embed a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to positive organisational outcomes.
About you
We're looking for a naturally curious, proactive and highly collaborative professional who can see beyond individual processes to understand the broader organisational picture. You are highly intuitive, able to identify opportunities, connect the dots and influence positive change in complex environments.
With robust analytical and problem-solving skills, you can assess challenges from multiple perspectives, balance competing priorities and develop practical solutions that deliver real business value. An excellent communicator, you build trusted relationships quickly, engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and translate information into clear, actionable outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in building and implementing continuous improvement frameworks, systems and process improvements.
- Experience in capturing and documenting continuous improvement learnings, assessing and evaluating continuous improvement strategies and initiatives, identifying issues and risks.
- Willingness and ability to travel as per business requirements
Highly Regarded:
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in service design
