We are currently looking for an experienced Cook to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Mexican cuisine, strong grill skills, and the ability to consistently prepare high-quality dishes in a rapid-paced kitchen.

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time available

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present Mexican dishes and grilled items according to restaurant standards.

Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Prepare meats, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients commonly used in Mexican cuisine.

Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard of quality, flavour, and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.

Assist with stock rotation, food preparation, and general kitchen duties as required.





Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team during service.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Grill Cook, Cook, or in a similar kitchen role.

Experience preparing Mexican cuisine is essential.

Strong knowledge of grill cooking techniques, meat preparation, and food handling.

Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.

Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and consistency.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
