About the Role

Salary $75,000 AUD OTE $85,000 + Super

As an After-Hours Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and travellers requiring urgent travel support. This includes new bookings, itinerary changes, and emergency assistance-all handled with efficiency, accuracy, and care.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless travel experiences, even outside regular operating hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert assistance for customer enquiries via phone and email outside business hours
- Quote, issue, and reissue airfares, including complex fare recalculations
- Amend and manage bookings across air and land products (GDS platforms)
- Deliver emergency travel support and problem resolution
- Ensure compliance with customer travel policies and internal processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of service

About You

- Minimum 1 years' experience in corporate travel management
- Strong working knowledge of Sabre GDS
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal




- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
