Role Description The CRM Executive / Customer Success Manager at Mi Aula Financiera will focus on nurturing learner relationships and optimizing the customer journey across digital touchpoints. This part-time, remote role includes managing CRM workflows, tracking customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records to support engagement and retention initiatives. The position involves responding to inquiries, providing proactive support, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and drive course completion and upsell opportunities.

The role also includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams to implement customer retention campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing regular reports on customer satisfaction and engagement. The successful candidate will work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and contribute insights to enhance the effectiveness of CRM strategies and customer success programs.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills to interpret CRM data, track customer behavior, and generate actionable insights.




- Demonstrated experience in customer retention, with the ability to design and execute initiatives that increase loyalty and reduce churn.
- Excellent communication skills to engage learners clearly and professionally across email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings.
- Background in customer experience management, with a focus on building long-term relationships and improving the end-to-end learner journey.
- Sales awareness or experience, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborating with sales teams to close them.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems).
- Ability to work remotely with strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.
- Relevant education or experience in business, marketing, customer success, or a related field; experience in online education or financial education is a plus.
