We are currently working on an exciting chance to join an end-user in Melbourne (Western Suburbs) as a D365 Support Consultant.

This is a Permanent position and they can offer a hybrid working model (2-3 days in office and more WFH once settled in).

D365 F&O; Support Consultant

You will be responsible for

- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Deliver technical troubleshooting in line with SLA agreements and in partnership with application vendors - ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt handling of tickets
- Undertake tuning and scaling of systems for both performance and security
- Manage security profiles across application in line with IT security principles
- Provide 2nd level support for all ERP and CRM system users (D365 F&O;, D365 CE/Resco)
- Deliver client onboarding activities, maintain system training documentation and provide training to end-users
- Identify inefficiencies in system functions and recommend optimal business practices
- Develop functional specifications for system users to approve




- Document system end to end to ensure knowledge is shared

What skills & experience you have

- Strong experience in Application support with either the Dynamics 365 F&O; solution AND/OR D365 CE/CRM support
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills
- Power Automate knowledge, SQL knowledge
- Understanding of API configurations and management
- Ability to work through issues with customers to resolution.
- Excellent organisational skills to ensure all cases are updated and current.
- High level of initiative, accountability, and an eye for quality
- Well spoken, with outstanding written and verbal communication
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Microsoft Certifications in your domain are highly desirable
- PowerBI knowledge (beneficial but not required)
- ITIL Foundation (beneficial but not required)
