Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) in Melbourne CBD is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy contact centre, ensuring service quality and community access to legal help.

You will manage a team of 5–6 staff, drive process improvements, analyse performance data, and report to Legal Help leadership. The role offers a fixed-term arrangement up to 18 months with a hybrid work option and a salary range of AUD 131,154 to 155,000 plus super.
