Job Description

Position: Cook (ANZSCO 351411) Salary: $71,500 - $72,000 + Superannuation Location: Thai Som Boon, Moss Vale, NSW Our client, Thai Som Boon, Moss Vale is looking for an experienced and energetic Cook to join their growing kitchen team.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
- Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment
- Preparing and cooking food
- Seasoning food during cooking
- Portioning food, place it on plates and add gravies, sauces and garnishes
- Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
- Be a team player
- May plan menus and estimate food requirements
- May train other kitchen staff and apprentices

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Relevant qualification/s
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role/setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for cooking
