Job Description: Fragomen is looking for a Business Process Specialist to join our Corporate Development team. This role is based in one of the available APAC Fragmon offices and would be supporting the business globally.

Process Mapping & Documentation

Support the documentation of as-is and to-be processes using MS Visio or process modelling tools such as Signavio, Celonis, or ARIS. Maintain process documentation in line with agreed BPMN standards and operating model guidelines.

Process Analysis and Support

Assist with collecting, validating, and analysing process and operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Support senior team members in preparing analysis outputs, insights, and recommendations.

Process and Operating Model Support

Support the design of to-be processes aligned to target operating models, including documenting roles, hand-offs, and system interactions. Assist in assessing process changes and their impact on the operating model.

Continuous Improvement

Apply Lean and continuous improvement techniques under guidance to support process optimisation and standardisation initiatives. Participate in improvement workshops and change initiatives as required.

Documentation & Governance

Create and maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date process and operating model documentation. Support adherence to process standards, templates, and governance controls.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with business, operations, and technology teams to gather information and clarify process requirements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support process documentation and change activities.

Skills and Experience

- Foundational knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles (Green Belt desirable or working towards)
- Basic experience with BPMN and process modelling tools.
- Understanding of operating model concepts and process integration.
- Awareness of IT systems that support business processes (e.g. ERP or BPM platforms)
- Basic data analysis skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
