(Casual to Start | Full-Time Hours for the Right Experienced Candidates)
Perth Detailing Centre (PDC) is growing! We’re stepping into our next stage of expansion and looking for two to three team members to join our detailing, ceramic coating, and paint correction department.
This is a hands-on, hard, but highly rewarding career. You’ll be working across a wide range of vehicles and caravans, delivering high-quality results—both in our Osborne Park workshop and via our mobile units around Perth. For the right candidates, there is a long-term pathway with opportunities to learn Window Tinting and PPF (Paint Protection Film)as you grow with us.
We need an experienced pro to help drive our quality standards and efficiency to the next level. You live and breathe surface care, understand paint deeply, and know how to deliver a flawless finish fast.
Key Requirements:
- Paint & Polishing Expertise: Deep understanding of paint types, explicit coats, multi-stage machine polishing, and paint correction techniques.
- Ceramic Coatings: Proven experience with surface prep and precision application of ceramic protection.
- Quality at Speed: Ability to maintain uncompromising quality while keeping up with workshop schedules and timelines.
- High attention to detail and pride in your craft.
2️⃣ Trainee Detailer (Will Train the Right Person!)
No high-level experience? No problem! If you have a passion for cars, a strong work ethic, and the right attitude, we will teach you the trade from the ground up.
Key Requirements:
- Strong eye for detail, maturity, and a professional attitude.
- Willingness to listen, take feedback, and continuously improve.
- A focused, can-do mindset (we need team members who work hard, not time-watchers).
Hours & Employment Structure
- Employment: Starts as a casual position with a paid trial to ensure it's a great fit for both sides. Opportunity to transition to full-time for the right candidate.
- Availability Requirement: Must be able to work full-time hours (up to 38–40 hours per week).
- Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm (Enjoy an early finish to your weekend!)

- Work Capacity: Must be available and eligible to work up to a full 38–40 hour work week.
