Project Info

Australian Naval Infrastructure (ANI) is delivering enabling works at Osborne Naval Shipyard, South Australia, ahead of the new Submarine Construction Yard. ACCIONA is delivering critical infrastructure within this precinct, including road, utility and site works. The program supports one of Australia's largest defence projects with construction continuing over the coming decade. It's a rare chance to help shape sovereign shipbuilding capability from the ground up.

About the Opportunity

The Graduate Engineer supports the coordination and control of engineering works across the project, covering scheduling, planning, survey, procurement and quality. You will work closely with Site Engineers and Project Engineers, helping the team deliver safe, timely and high-quality outcomes within budget. The role also provides technical, administrative and HSEQS support throughout planning, execution and close-out, giving you broad exposure across all facets of a major construction project.

Key Accountabilities





- Apply GIS tools to plan works and review designs
- Use BIM viewer to review and interpret models
- Apply AR technologies to support onsite tasks
- Identify above and below ground utilities and assets
- Support reporting on cost, time, scope and quality
- Assist in monitoring engineering and management plans
- Champion the uptake of digital tools across the team

Required Skills and Competencies

What Capability & Experience You'll Need

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Working knowledge of HS&E; requirements
- Skilled in planning and organising work schedules
- Clear written and verbal communication
