About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities & Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in West Perth. This is a strategic position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our healthcare facilities and properties. You will be responsible for ensuring our buildings, systems, and grounds operate efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards to support the delivery of quality healthcare services. This role is integral to our operations, directly impacting the comfort, safety, and experience of our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of aged care, disability and commercial properties

- Lead maintenance teams and coordinate contractors

- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and site inspections

- Manage maintenance budgets and supplier relationships

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

- Manage leases, renewals and landlord relationships

- Maintain accurate property, asset and compliance records

- Prepare reports on maintenance performance and expenditure

- Respond to operational and maintenance issues as required

Skills, Attributes,



and Experience requirements:

- Experience in property, facilities, asset or maintenance management

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Property, Facilities Management, Construction, Asset Management, Engineering, Business or a related field

- Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills

- Knowledge of building maintenance, WHS and compliance requirements

- Experience managing budgets and service delivery outcomes

- Strong organisational and problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to manage multiple sites and competing priorities

- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between locations

- Willingness to obtain a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance

- Ability to participate in after-hours responses for urgent maintenance matters when required
