Core Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Lead data platform delivery using Agile frameworks
- Resource and Budget Management: Manage capacity, timelines, and AWS costs
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical challenges into business terms




- Risk and Issue Management: Identify roadblocks, manage dependencies, and drive root cause resolution
- Team Leadership: Coach engineers and foster a robust team culture

Key Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years working with data platforms and 3+ years leading teams
- Technical Literacy: AWS data services, SQL, ETL, and Infrastructure as Code
- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, project management, and stakeholder communication
