Our client, a key Government Agency involved in Australia’s advanced Defence capabilities, require the services of a skilled Deputy Project Manager (Level 2) to join their team. Responsibilities of the Deputy Project Manager:
- Supporting delivery of complex engineering and technical tasks involving requirements management, system design, integration planning, and verification and validation activities;
- Coordinating specialist inputs from disciplines such as engineering, safety, regulatory compliance, and certification to meet project deliverables while maintaining schedule integrity and managing dependencies;
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation, decision logs, and evidence trails to support technical progress and audits;
- Producing and managing requirements updates, design inputs, verification and validation evidence, certification documentation, and tracked technical registers including actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
Skills required:
- NV1 Security clearance with the ability to obtain an OSA;
- Demonstrated experience in Verification and validation (V&V;);
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex engineering and technical delivery work
