About the role
You will manage projects that will define the next generation of land lease communities — projects with scale, ambition and design intent to shift the sector forward. You will work closely with our Senior Development Manager and Head of Developments and collaborate deeply with our internal planning, sales, operations and marketing teams to ensure every project is commercially sound, beautifully designed and operationally seamless.
Key responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end development activities across a number of Queensland projects
- Preparing feasibility, financial modelling and scenario testing using Estate Master
- Progressing planning pathways, consultant engagement and design development
- Working closely with internal planning, sales,
operations and marketing to ensure alignment across the full project lifecycle
- Delivering community-focused design outcomes that reflect Vivacity's values and long-term vision
- Supporting commercial decision-making, risk, reporting and project governance
- Operating with a high degree of autonomy, accountability and trust
About you
- Experience in property development, ideally across residential, land lease, retirement living or masterplanned communities
- Proficiency in Estate Master (essential)
- Confidence in managing projects and making informed, commercially grounded decisions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams across planning, sales, operations and marketing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A values-led approach and genuine interest in creating places that support wellbeing, connection and community
