RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort in Coral Bay is seeking a skilled Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of our current resort ahead of reopening in early 2027. This hands-on leadership role focuses on supervising the Grounds & Maintenance team, managing gardens, facilities, and equipment to ensure safety and high standards.
You’ll carry out a range of maintenance tasks, train staff, and coordinate with operations to deliver a pristine guest environment at our World Heritage gateway location.
