ADKO started as a roofing business in Sydney more than 10 years ago. Since then we've grown into Queensland, and we're not planning to stop there. Today we're a multi-trade group covering roofing, carpentry, plumbing and pressure cleaning, with deep experience across residential and commercial work. We're still growing, and that's where this role comes in.
Where you fit
When a business is expanding into new states and taking on bigger jobs, it comes down to the people running the work on the ground. Every current crew needs someone who knows their trade and can be trusted to lead it.
Where it can go
Clear steps up: Tile Roofer to Leading Hand to Site Supervisor or Estimator, depending on where your strengths sit
Mentoring apprentices and younger roofers as you take on more
Working directly with the owners. You won't be a number here
What you'll need
At least 5 years' tile roofing experience
Current driver's licence
Someone keen to grow as the business does
Works well in a crew and lives our values: Contribution, Accountability, Commitment, Respect
The work
Tile roofing installs, repairs and renewals across residential and commercial
Keeping jobs updated in our job management system (we'll train you if it's new)
Setting the standard on site and backing the team around you
