About Triple Zero Victoria
Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES. This integration of emergency services communications within Triple Zero Victoria is unique in Australia and rare worldwide. About The Role
The primary focus of the Training Coordinator is to provide administrative support for the TZV Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Workforce Capability activities.
Day To Day Responsibilities Include
- Scheduling of end-to-end training and development activities across the organisation
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and align expectations
- Support RTO administration, including student enrolments, attendance, results and reporting
- Provide analysis and advice on scheduling impacts to support operational performance
- General administrative support; including organising meetings, agendas and minutes
About You
The successful candidate will have completed Year 12 or equivalent, and have a Certificate in Business Administration, as well as the following skills and attributes:
- Good understanding of an enterprise-based learning environment
- Understanding of the Victorian VET Statistical Collection Guidelines
- Ability to prioritise and organise tasks, and problem solve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
