Customer Experience Consultant - Full Time

We’re looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our Brisbane based team on full-time basis. This is your chance to be the voice of the brand, supporting customers across multiple channels and making every interaction count!

What you'll be doing

- Providing personalised support across multiple customer channels, including phone, email, live chat and social media.
- Resolving customer enquiries and complaints efficiently while delivering outstanding service.
- Processing customer transactions, returns, payments and account updates.
- Maintaining accurate records and case notes within our CRM system.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer service, retail or contact centre environment.




- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Confidence working across multiple systems and digital platforms.
- A positive, empathetic and customer‑focused approach
