Plena Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a large, cooperative multidisciplinary team delivering community-based care that improves health and wellbeing. You will provide clinical and therapeutic interventions guided by established pathways to support consumers.
You will conduct assessments, recommend interventions for daily living, mobility, transfers and pain management, and contribute to rehabilitation goals.
