Urgently looking for female support worker to assist our female participant for 3.5 hours morning shift and 3.5 hour evening shift.

Ready to start shift asap.

Duties

- Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence support.
- Support participants with mobility, transfers, and the safe use of mobility equipment.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding where required.
- Provide medication prompts in accordance with care plans and organisational policies.
- Complete household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a protected living environment.
- Transport participants to medical appointments, shopping, and community activities.
- Encourage independence, choice, dignity,



and active participation in daily living.
- Support participants to engage in social, recreational, and community activities to promote inclusion and wellbeing.
- Monitor participants’ health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and allied health professionals.
- Follow NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies, and Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.

Pay: $31.99 – $64.99 per hour
