About the Role The ideal candidate will be an inspiring, passionate, and caring individual committed to providing the best for their children while mentoring a team of equally passionate professionals.

- Stimulate their developing minds by creating and implementing educational activities spontaneously or based on a child's immediate interest.
- Communicate effectively with families,



sharing the wonderful progress of their children.
- Help families feel comfortable with you and your team caring for their most precious beings.
- Lead, mentor, and support your team to ensure the smooth operation of the room.
- Embrace fun, setting an example by finding joy and passion in your work whilst still ensuring professionalism.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who

✅ A recognised Australian Early Childhood Education teaching qualification (Bachelor's / master's degree preferred). 3+ years experience as a qualified Early Childhood Teacher preferred.

✅ Hold and ACT WWVP Card - Essential No card, No Start.

✅ Wants to make a lasting, positive impact in children's lives

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication

✅ Ability to lead, coach and collaborate with a highly capable and motivate team

✅ Loves to explore, play and have fun alongside children

✅Full Australian work rights

✅Create and support a child safe culture.

Substantial experience is highly desired and will be well remunerated.

The successful candidate will need to be fully immunized against MMR, Chickenpox and Whooping cough.
