Legal Assistant / PA - Property & Commercial - Full time (3+yrs exp)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Legal Assistant / PA with minimum 3 years’ experience in Property & Commercial Law to assist in supporting a team of friendly and approachable authors.

We operate from two outstanding locations with offices in Brisbane City and on the Mooloolaba Esplanade, Sunshine Coast. The successful applicant will be based in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

· Word processing, document preparation and drafting correspondence

· Electronic diary management

· Billing

· Liaising with clients as required

· Co-ordination of all file management procedures

· Assisting with any non-routine legal or specialised administrative tasks requested by lawyers

· General administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and binding.

Selection Criteria:

· The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a property & commercial law practice

· You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills





· You will demonstrate an eye for detail in your approach to your tasks and pride in your work

· You will have the ability to manage competing priorities

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

· Knowledge of iManage (preferred but not essential)

Your ability to work well in a team environment, coupled with a proactive "can do" attitude and a willingness to learn is essential for your success in this role.
