Studio Moshi are taking Expressions Of Interest (EOI) applications for experienced 2D Animation Scene Set Up, Riggers, Animators (experienced in Rigged Animation), and FX Artists on a long form animated series.
Format: Remote (Victoria based)

Work Location: Must be Australia based and preferred State of Victoria.
knowledge, Skills And Required Abilities
- Experience as a 2D rigged animator, showcasing a strong portfolio of high quality rigged animation work
- Proficiency in Toon Boom Harmony
- Ability to interpret storyboards and creative briefs
- A solid understanding of anatomy and perspective.
- Knowledge of animation principles and composition techniques.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high artistic standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize work to meet goals or deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality over all matters and proprietary information.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Create high quality rigged animation in line with style guides
- Work collaboratively with animation team and directors to establish clear visual style
- Ensure that characters interact naturally with backgrounds and props.
- Maintain quality control over character and prop proportions
- Address feedback from supervisors and make necessary revisions.
- Work within established production timelines and deadlines.

You’ll develop expressive performances by studying references and analyzing character emotions then translating them into believable movement.
You’ll go beyond mechanics and learn how to create authentic, engaging performances that connect with the audience.

Short Film Creation: Animation & Directing In the Short Film Creation course you'll be animating a teaser trailer. Students will collaborate as a full production team, animators, artists, and composers, building the project from concept to final cut. It’s fandom, craft, and industry-level storytelling all in one epic experience.
