Starting November 2026, 100 x Farm Hands are required on a farm near Lancelin, Western Australia (1.5 hours North of Perth). All positions are casual for 6-9 months. Position 1 x50 Farm Hands Duties involve:
- Packing, boxing and grading vegetables
- Checking and repairing irrigation
- Cleaning
Training and the potential to upskill to a higher level is available. You will be paid $32.18 per ordinary hour of work at Level 1 Award rates (Horticulture Award) and will work 120 hours over ever 4 week period. Start times vary from 5-6am and staff generally work 8 hours per shift, Monday to Friday. Position 2 x50 Farm Hands Duties involve:
- Packing,

Start times vary from 5-6am and staff generally work 8 hours per shift, Monday to Friday. Accommodation can be arranged in a nearby town for $100-200 per week.
