Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Farm Hand with experience operating modern farming machinery to join their family–owned mixed farming enterprise in Northern NSW. This hands-on role will focus primarily on broadacre cropping operations, including ground preparation, planting, spraying, and harvest. Working alongside an experienced team, you will play an important role in the day-to-day farming operations while assisting with general maintenance and livestock duties when required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate modern farming machinery for ground preparation, planting, spraying, and harvesting
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Assist with general property maintenance including fencing, water infrastructure and repairs
- Assist with livestock operations when required
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Key Attributes and Skills:
- At least 12 months' experience operating farming machinery
- A strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of asks
- Attention to detail, particularly when handling chemicals
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Chemical certificate or willing to obtain
- Flexible and adaptable to work across different areas of the property as required
