Southern Cross Care WA Inc. is seeking a dedicated PM shift support worker to assist residents aged 18–65 with mental health needs, following hospital stays.
You will work closely with care teams, support daily living activities, monitor medications, and promote recovery-focused goals to help residents reintegrate into the community. Applicants should have a Certificate III in Mental Health (or higher) and experience in mental health settings.
