The Business Analyst at Clitic is responsible for understanding business requirements, design process improvements, and support implementation of technology solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient and high-quality outcomes.

Task & responsibilities

- Analyse business requirements and understand business/IT landscape, constraints, and system dependencies
- Conduct requirement workshops (JAD sessions) and translate business needs into detailed functional, process, and system specification documents
- Perform gap analysis and define target process flows and contribute to solution designs
- Contribute to process modelling, data modelling, and integration design
- Ensure knowledge assets are updated and reusable across projects
- Support deployment planning and execution in line with project timelines
- Identify and mitigate risks related to cutover and data migration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system go-live
- Assist in training, knowledge sharing, and user onboarding activities
- Provide post-deployment support and track effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Provide functional inputs for system behaviour, integrations,



and frontend interactions
- Utilize Backbase platform knowledge to assist in digital solution design and implementation discussions
- Assist in resolving requirement clarifications during development lifecycle
- Communicate issue status and solutions effectively to stakeholders

Qualification & experience

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in an IT (or related) discipline

- 10+ years’ experience as a programmer/ developer
- Backbase front end developer Certification
- Good experience working in software solutions for financial sector
- Exposure to SQL, HTML5, ReactJS, RESTAPI and Backbase 5
- Strong banking domain understanding including regulatory compliance needs, AML, lifecycle management of banking products
- Business analysis and requirement gathering experience
- Process modelling and documentation experience
- Agile methodology experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills (including customer).
- Advanced skills in problem solving, decision making and critical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead junior technical members
