About the role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and strong team performance. This is a leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and support the store team to deliver outstanding customer service

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the store is clean, organised and fully stocked

- Manage staff rosters, attendance and daily task allocation

- Recruit, train and develop team members

- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback

- Ensure shelves are re-stocked and merchandise is presented to a high standard

- Manage inventory, stock ordering, stock rotation (FIFO), and stocktake processes





- Minimise stock loss through effective inventory control

- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and resolve issues professionally

- Monitor store sales and identify opportunities to improve performance

- Manage 1 on 1's with staff

- Facilitate team meetings

About you

- 1–3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role

- Previous retail management experience

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks

- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills

- Confidence using POS systems and basic computer software

- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
