About the role

As a Breakfast Chef joining our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting a range of breakfast and brunch dishes during busy service periods. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every dish leaving the pass is cooked to a consistently high standard.

About you

- Previous experience as a breakfast chef is preferred

- Strong attention to detail

- Able to communicate clearly and take direction from the Head Chef

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service

- Excellent food preparation and presentation skills





- High standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organization

- Reliable, punctual and positive attitude

- Ability to work well as part of a team

- A genuine passion for producing great food

- Early mornings and weekend availability are non-negotiable
