The Team
Our diverse Services business provides 24/7 servicing for: hospitals, utilities, data centers, support for the resources sector and just about everything in-between. Our Schneider Electric portfolio covers; UPS, critical cooling equipment, LV/MV switchgear, transformers, substation monitoring as well as a wide range of ancillary equipment. We enable owners, end users and custodians to minimise breakdowns, increase reliability, maximise efficiency and safety while reducing costs and simplifying operations.
The Opportunity
With a strong market presence and a growing project pipeline, we are experiencing sustained growth which has created a number of exciting career opportunities. As an experienced project management qualified, you will join us as Project Manager – Global Services, focused on our growing Customer base across the Cloud and Service Provider segment. Based in Sydney, this is the prospect for you to leverage your varied technical experience as you partner with multiple Business Units to deliver Customer solutions across markets that are calling for our expertise.

Key responsibilities will see you:
- Collaborate with a variety of passionate stakeholders across multiple Business Units to support the forecasting, planning and execution of varied technical projects including; Service Delivery Managers, Planners, Contractors and varied stakeholder groups
- Closely planning and managing scopes of work, resource plans, costs, budgets and other related contractual terms, while also looking for opportunities for continuous improvement
- Liaise with Customers to understand technical requirements and provide specialist guidance in relation to our diverse portfolio of products, solutions and expanding service offerings
- Manage project documentation, schedules, risk assessments, reporting and other internal process or related compliance requirements
- Monitor project progress,
identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain project timelines and ensure we are delivering for our Customers
- Leverage your technical capabilities to provide specialist technical support while maintaining strong Customer relationships and collaborative internal partnerships
About You
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Electrical, Engineering, Technical, Project Management etc.) experience delivering a diverse range of technical projects (Cloud and Service Provider experience would be ideal)
- You are a seasoned Project Manager with strong fundamentals and a depth of knowledge across project management methodologies, tools and best practices
- Proven background in collaborating with various (internal and external) stakeholder groups in the successful execution of technical projects, ideally within a similar large-scale organisation
- Natural problem solver and a proven ability to leverage a depth of relevant technical knowledge in navigating complex project challenges and achieving technical solutions
- Those with additional postgraduate qualifications will be viewed favourably
