About the Role:
As a result of continued growth, GRC Civil are looking to welcome an experienced Project Manager to our Brisbane division.

Prequalified to Level R4, B2 (F75) under the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR) our works are exciting and wide-ranging. Privately owned and operated, the culture ensures that you are not a number but rather an integral part of a growing team.

We have a vast range of projects in the pipeline and are now seeking someone to join and lead one of our project teams. This role is a full-time opportunity where you will be responsible for managing a project's programming, safety coordination, subcontractor management and supervision of all technical aspects of the project.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects valued between $20 million and $75 million.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to join a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering significant civil infrastructure projects across the state.

About the Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, commercial management, and successful delivery of major TMR infrastructure projects. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of TMR civil infrastructure projects valued between $20M and $75M.

- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.

- Develop and maintain project programs and resource plans.

- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with contractual, quality,



environmental, and safety requirements.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Drive a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management delivering TMR projects.

- Current Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).

- Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects valued between $20M and $75M.

- Strong commercial and contractual management experience.

- Demonstrated leadership capability managing large project teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong understanding of Queensland TMR specifications, standards, and requirements.

- Experience in road, bridge, intersection, and major infrastructure projects.

Desirable

- Previous experience with design and construct (D&C;) contracts.

- Strong knowledge of project scheduling and project controls.
