Who will you be working with?

You’ll join a well-established insurance brokerage with a strong presence across the Australian market. The team manages relationships with some of the country’s largest organisations, including a significant portfolio of property and construction clients.
This is a role where maturity, commercial thinking and the ability to build trusted relationships are highly valued. You’ll work alongside experienced insurance professionals and have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on complex claims and client outcomes.

What will you be doing?
- Manage complex property and construction claims from notification through to resolution
- Provide high-level claims advice and strategic guidance to major clients
- Work across significant losses including construction, ISR, BI and large loss claims
- Engage with insurers, loss adjusters, brokers and other key stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders




- Develop practical, commercially focused solutions to complex claims issues

What do you need?
- Strong experience across property claims, ideally within construction, ISR, BI or large losses
- A strong reputation and established presence within the Australian insurance market
- Experience managing complex claims and working with Tier 1/corporate clients
- The maturity and confidence to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders
- A lateral thinker who focuses on solutions rather than simply identifying problems
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience within loss adjusting or a senior insurer claims environment will be highly regarded
