Required Skills:

- Excellent time management skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing and management
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Solid understanding of legislative compliance requirements and credentialing processes
- Attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation

Nice to Have Skills:

- Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry
- Familiarity with VEVO (Working Rights) checks and pre-employment screening
- Knowledge of health and safety or credential validation processes
- Proficiency in report generation and data analysis

- Ability to coordinate medicals, DAS, and pre-employment checks
- Experience working with external compliance portals and maintaining accurate candidate records
- Commitment to confidentiality and data protection standards
