We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the Australian team of a global healthcare organisation. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working with customers every day while building relationships across the wider business and learning an industry where the products genuinely make a difference to people’s lives.

About the Role

You’ll sit at the heart of the day-to-day operation, helping customers, managing orders, solving problems and making sure things get resolved.

It’s a role with plenty of variety and exposure beyond Customer Service. You’ll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory,



Marketing and Finance, giving you a outstanding understanding of how the wider business works.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

- Own the customer experience from start to finish, managing enquiries through to resolution and making sure customers feel informed and supported along the way.

- Manage customer orders accurately and on time, including order entry, credits, debits, returns, blocked orders and EDI orders.

- Take ownership of customer complaints, working closely with Quality and Regulatory to ensure issues are documented, followed up and resolved within required timeframes.

What We’re Looking For

- Hands-on SAP experience, specifically across order entry and Sales & Distribution modules, this is essential.

- Strong customer service or customer relationship management experience, with a genuine sense of ownership and follow-through.

- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, particularly when you’re working across multiple orders, enquiries and issues at once.
