We are seeking a qualified and experienced Joinery / Cabinet Maker and Installer to join our team in Bundaberg. This position can be either subcontract or full time employment.
Regalline Cabinets and Joinery are a well-established and growing custom cabinetry company specialising in high-quality residential and commercial projects. Our team prides itself on craftsmanship, precision, and delivering outstanding results to our clients.
We require a factory cabinet maker to work with a skilled hard-working team. Experience in installing all custom joinery types including kitchens, wardrobes, laundries and other bespoke joinery is essential. Trade qualifications are preferred for this position.
What you'll be doing
- Building and assembling custom cabinetry and joinery according to design specifications
- Installing cabinetry at client sites
- Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
- Collaborating with the design team to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes
- Maintaining tools and workshop equipment in good working order
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout all project stages
What we're looking for
- Qualified cabinet maker with a minimum of 2+ years experience, preferably within the residential or commercial construction industry
- Strong woodworking and cabinetry skills, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with edge banders, panel saws, CNC machinery (preferred)
- On-site installation experience
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising on quality or safety
- Seeking long term employment
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Forklift ticket is advantageous but not necessary
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and the ability to work safely
- White card
- Provision of own tools
