Customer Service Officer (Permanent Part time)

About the Role
We are seeking an organised and friendly Customer Service Officer to join our team at Loganholme. In this permanent part-time role, you will be the face and voice of our branch during the busy afternoon shift. You will focus on supporting our trade clients, managing orders, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet trade customers face-to-face with a welcoming and professional attitude.

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and assist with customer inquiries.

- Process customer orders accurately using Pronto ERP.

- Organise deliveries and coordinate schedules to ensure timely arrivals.

- Manage invoice processing and maintain precise administrative records.

About you

- Excellent communication skills with a warm, friendly telephone manner.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

- High attention to detail when processing invoices and financial data.

- Reliable and punctual,



committed to the fixed 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM schedule.

- Previous experience in customer service, trade administration, Pronto ERP is highly regarded.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be joining a high performing and experienced six person Customer Service Team.
